Compare rates side by side, then buy the label
Type what needs to move, attach a document, or press a starter such as "Ship my latest PO" or "Fulfill a Shopify order". Vaaha fills in the addresses, packages and weights, working out weight from the case weight and case pack in your catalog, and asks you for anything it is missing.
Rates from your connected carriers come back together and are labeled Best price, Fastest and Best value. Options that will not arrive by your date stay visible, dimmed, with the reason. Continue with one and the carrier screen opens with the shipment already filled in, ready for you to buy the label.

Your carrier accounts, your rates
Vaaha participates in the FedEx Integrator program. Register your FedEx account inside Vaaha: read and accept the FedEx end-user license, then confirm with a PIN by text, call or email, or with details from a recent FedEx invoice. You can also bring your own FedEx API key and account number.
For UPS, authorize your own UPS account once, with no developer keys, and your negotiated rates come with it. Labels are billed to your accounts, at your rates.
FedEx options when you need them
Choose FedEx packaging or your own, add signature options, Saturday delivery or email notifications, ship alcohol with an adult signature, or create a return label. Hold at Location lets you pick a nearby FedEx location for the recipient. Multi-package shipments print as one label file.
For international shipments, list each commodity for customs, choose who pays duties, select a broker, and upload your own trade documents for electronic submission.
Every shipment in one list, freight included
Shipments and Tracking shows every label across carriers. Refresh tracking, download a label again, or void a label that has not been delivered yet. Labels you bought somewhere else, from USPS, DHL, an LTL carrier or a 3PL, can be recorded so every shipment and its cost sits in the same list.
For pallets, draft a straight bill of lading from a purchase order or invoice, with NMFC number, freight class and hazmat on each line. Finalize it to print on your letterhead, and reissue it if something changes.
