Signing up
How do I sign up?
Go to vaaha.ai/signup and continue with Google, Apple, or your email and a password. If you use email, we send a link to confirm your address. No credit card is needed.
Which sign-in methods can I use?
Google, Apple, or email and password. Use the same method each time so everything stays in one account. If you signed up with Apple's “Hide My Email”, keep signing in with Apple.
What do I get when I first sign in?
Your brand workspace, with a Getting Started checklist for your first steps. The workspace follows the three stages of a CPG brand.
- Validate a concept: market sizing, trends, the competitive shelf and an honest readiness score before you spend a dollar.
- Build your brand: name, positioning, voice, colour palette and packaging direction.
- Create products: a product catalog with pack sizes, pricing, volume tiers and photos.
- Plan production: production runs costed per case, including freight, warehousing and the capital you'll need.
- Check regulatory: FDA checks, a Nutrition Facts panel generator and USDA nutrition lookups.
- Finance: unit economics, invoices with card and ACH payments, financial statements and QuickBooks import.
- Supply chain: purchase orders, inventory, contracts and your roster of partners.
- Shipping: labels and tracking with your own FedEx and UPS accounts, bills of lading and freight quotes.
- Sales channels: Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and retail stores, with sell-through by store and SKU.
- Marketing: campaigns, a content studio and publishing to Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
- Analytics and fundraising: margins by channel, and a raise workspace with investor pipeline and data room (beta).

What it costs
What does it cost?
- Starter: free. The whole Build stage: concept validation, brand, product catalog, production planning and regulatory checks. No credit card. AI use is free up to a fair-usage cap.
- Founder: $49.99 a month, or $499.90 a year (two months free). Adds Operate and Scale: finance, supply chain, shipping, sales channels, marketing, analytics and the expert marketplace.
- Scale: custom pricing for teams and multiple brands, with team seats and priority experts.
Every plan includes a generous AI-usage allowance for normal, hands-on business use. You'll always see plans and limits before anything is charged.
Can my team use Vaaha too?
Yes. Invite teammates from your Company page. They work in your workspace, and you choose which modules each person can use.
Joining the platform
I'm a manufacturer or co-packer. How do I join?
Apply at vaaha.ai/supplier/apply. Upload your deck or brochure and AI Quick Start fills in most of the application for you: capabilities, certifications and minimums. Confirm your email, submit, and your public profile goes live, ready for inbound requests from founders.
Joining is free.
I'm a freelancer or consultant. Can I offer my services?
Yes. Sign up at vaaha.ai/freelancer/signup and build your profile. During onboarding you choose whether to be listed in the marketplace, where founders can find you, message you and engage you. You set your own rates, and joining is free.
Your other tools
Which tools does Vaaha connect to?
All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners. Interoperability does not imply endorsement.
Any other mailbox also connects over IMAP. You connect each tool yourself and can disconnect it at any time.
Can I import my data from QuickBooks?
Yes, from QuickBooks Online. In QuickBooks, go to Settings ⚙ → Tools → Export data → Reports and Lists and export to Excel. Then, in Vaaha, open Finance → Import from QuickBooks and drop in the files.
Vaaha shows you what it found, lets you map your expense accounts to its categories and untick anything you don't want, then imports it in the background:
- Customers and vendors become partners.
- Invoices and bills keep their QuickBooks numbers and open balances.
- Expenses, payments and opening cash feed your financial statements.
- Products, opening stock and open purchase orders come across too.
The QuickBooks import is part of the Founder plan.
Keeping your data safe
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every file and record is scoped to your account. Only you and the teammates you invite can see your proprietary information: your documents, formulas and partner conversations. We never sell it.
- CASA Assurance Level 2: an independent lab tested our authentication, access control, encryption and secrets handling against the App Defense Alliance's Cloud Application Security Assessment standard.
- SOC 2 Type 1 Compliant: our security, access, change-management and monitoring controls are designed to the AICPA's SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria.
- Google-verified Gmail & Calendar access: Google reviewed and approved how Vaaha requests and uses Gmail and Calendar data, under its Limited Use requirements.
Do you use my data to train AI?
No. We don't use the content of your documents to train any external AI model, and data from Google or Amazon connections is never used to train AI. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
When something goes wrong
I can't sign in. What should I check?
- “Please confirm your email address first”: open the confirmation link we sent. Check your spam or junk folder too.
- Forgot your password? Use the Forgot link on the sign-in page.
- Too many attempts? After five wrong passwords the account locks for a short time. Wait, then try again or reset your password.
- Signed up with Google or Apple? Use that same button rather than email and password.

Where do I get help once I'm inside?
Every module has a built-in guide in the Help panel. You can ask Vaaha anything from Home or the ⌘K bar, and the Support button in the top bar sends a note straight to our team.
