How it works
- Open Channels, choose Amazon and approve Vaaha on the Seller Central consent page.
- Vaaha runs a first sync of your listings, orders and FBA inventory, then checks for new orders every 15 minutes.
- Edit price and quantity on the Products tab, or list a product straight from your catalog.
- Use the Inventory and Amazon services tabs to plan restocks and shipments into FBA.

Edit and create listings without leaving your catalog
Your Amazon listings appear on the channel’s Products tab with their status and price. Change the price or the quantity you ship yourself in the row and submit it; Amazon’s response, including any warnings it returns, shows right there.
To list something new, open the product in your catalog and choose List on Amazon. Vaaha picks the product type, shows which fields Amazon requires that the product is still missing, and checks your photos against Amazon’s size rules before you submit.

Know what is at Amazon and when to send more
Vaaha reads your FBA inventory: fulfillable, inbound, reserved, unfulfillable and units Amazon is researching. It also reads Amazon’s inventory planning report for inventory age, sell-through, days of supply and the storage cost Amazon estimates for next month.
From your recent sales pace, Vaaha works out weeks of cover per SKU and a send-by date that allows for Amazon’s receiving time and your own handling time, with the quantity rounded to your case pack. FBA stock also shows as its own location on your Inventory page.
Plan shipments into FBA
Start a shipment from one of your locations, enter your boxes, and compare Amazon’s placement options and fees. Choose Amazon’s partnered carrier quote or enter your own freight cost, then confirm.
When you confirm, Vaaha records the units as on their way to Amazon FBA, with the placement fee, prep fees and freight added to what those units cost you. You print box labels in Seller Central.
See Amazon next to every other channel
The Channels page shows 30-day revenue, orders and units for each connected account against the 30 days before, with margin per channel. Amazon orders feed your P&L and the margins view by channel, product and order.
When an Amazon-shipped order ships, its units come out of your FBA stock at what they cost you, so cost of goods on those orders is real. Amazon fees on the P&L are shown as estimates.
Common questions
- Can Vaaha see my customers’ names and addresses?
- No. Vaaha reads Amazon orders without buyer names or addresses, and strips any buyer fields before an order is stored. That is also why Amazon’s own Buy Shipping labels are not offered in Vaaha.
- Which Amazon marketplaces does it work with?
- The US marketplace. Every listing, inventory and order call uses amazon.com.
- Can I connect more than one seller account?
- Yes. Each Seller Central account you approve appears as its own connection on the Channels page, and you can disconnect one at any time.
- Is Vaaha affiliated with Amazon?
- No. Vaaha is an independent app that you authorize through Amazon’s own consent page, and it acts only on the account you approve.
