Connect your Shopify store and its orders, products and stock flow into Vaaha. New orders arrive as they are placed, catalog products go to Shopify as drafts, Shopify can follow your Vaaha stock count, and Shopify sales land on your P&L next to every other channel.

How it works
- Open Channels, choose Shopify and enter your shop domain.
- Approve Vaaha in Shopify, and the first sync pulls your products, stock and full order history.
- New orders arrive as they are placed, with a scheduled sync every 10 minutes behind them.
- Push products from your catalog and watch Shopify revenue and margin on Channels and your P&L.
What it does
- Full order history on the first sync, then orders as they are placed
- Push a catalog product to Shopify as a draft
- Shopify’s available quantity kept matched to your Vaaha stock
- Stock read at every Shopify location, refreshed daily
- The Shopify location each order was assigned to
- Shopify sales, shipping income and refunds on your P&L
- More than one store per account
Every order, from the first one
The first sync reads your full Shopify order history. After that, Shopify tells Vaaha about new, updated, cancelled and fulfilled orders as they happen, and a scheduled sync every 10 minutes catches anything that was missed.
Each order keeps its money split: item subtotal, discounts, shipping and tax, plus refunds on the date they were made. Test orders and development stores never count as revenue.
Products and stock that stay in step
From any product in your catalog, push its title, description, price, SKU and barcode to Shopify. It arrives as a draft, so nothing goes live on your store until you publish it there.
Shopify can follow your Vaaha stock count. For every catalog product whose SKU matches a Shopify variant, Vaaha sets Shopify’s available quantity at one location or at each linked location, never below zero, and logs every update.
- Open Shopify orders hold the stock they need, so other channels see what is left
- Stock at every Shopify location is read and refreshed overnight
- Orders show the Shopify location they were assigned to
Shopify on your P&L
Shopify sales, the shipping your shoppers paid and refunds appear on your P&L by the month they happened. The Channels page compares each store’s last 30 days with the 30 before and shows margin per channel, and the margins view breaks it down by product and order.
Common questions
- Does Vaaha store my customers’ details?
- No. Vaaha does not read Shopify customer names, emails or addresses, and drops those fields from order updates before anything is saved.
- Will pushing a product publish it on my store?
- No. Pushed products arrive in Shopify as drafts, and you decide when to publish them.
- Can I edit Shopify prices from Vaaha?
- Price is sent when you push a product from your catalog. Editing the price of an existing Shopify product happens in Shopify.
- What happens if I disconnect?
- The synced products and orders for that store are removed from Vaaha. Reconnect at any time and one sync brings them back.
