How it works
- Connect Gmail, or any other mailbox over IMAP, and Google Calendar if you use it.
- As new mail arrives, Vaaha writes a short summary of each thread and suggests where it belongs.
- For questions about pricing, order status, invoices or contract terms, a draft reply is waiting when you open the thread.
- Edit the draft, refine it in a sentence, and press send when it reads right.

Drafts wait for you
Vaaha prepares replies; it does not send them. A drafted reply sits in your drafts with the thread it answers, and goes out only when you press send.
When a reply needs a fact Vaaha cannot find, such as a price for a size you have not entered, it leaves a bracketed placeholder for you to fill in rather than inventing a number. The draft shows how many placeholders are left.
Replies drafted from your own records
When a buyer asks for pricing, Vaaha looks up the product they mention and your price for it. Questions about an order, an invoice or a contract clause draw on your purchase orders, invoices and contracts. Your past edits to drafts and your tone shape the next one.
You can also ask for a draft on any thread, or start a new email from a sentence, and rewrite any draft with Refine.

Know what needs you
New mail is sorted into Focused and Other, and you can tell Vaaha to always move a sender or a whole domain. The follow-up counts show how many threads need your reply and how many are waiting on the other side.
Ask the smart bar in plain words: what a supplier said about lead times, which emails are unanswered, or to remind you to chase someone on Monday. Archiving and other bulk actions ask you to confirm first.
Calendar and filing, in the same place
Connect Google Calendar to see and change events from the Inbox. Ask Vaaha to set up, move or cancel a meeting and it drafts the change for you to send.
File a thread into a module such as Discovery or Products and it is saved there as a document you can preview and search later.

- No. Vaaha drafts replies and suggests actions, and every email goes out only when you press send.
- Which mailboxes can I connect?
- Gmail with Google sign-in, or any other mailbox that supports IMAP and SMTP. You can connect more than one.

- Questions about pricing, order status, invoices and contract terms get a draft automatically when they arrive. For anything else, ask for a draft on the thread.
